“The information offered bore no relation to the item featured in the advert I responded to. I hunted for the item, was unable to find any info. Worse still, I have been bothered by phone calls from 2 firms whose adverts I was forced to pass through in my fruitless hunt for the pictured “stair- climber”. A total waste of time. The brochure I requested has not arrived; other brochures I offered to look at have also not come despite my giving postal details. A complete waste of advertising.”

“Salesman who visited was very polite but did not explain what could be done did not measure anything and did not give me a quotation as to the cost involved which is what I requested to put forward for a grant from the Occupatient Therapy he left as soon as I mentioned that because I have to have 3 Quotes and as I am 90 I aonly have my Pension so I will no longer wish to do any any Buisness with you”

“Adjustable beds called me on the hour every hour for days , i blocked their number as it was exhausting ,they then left blank messages ,and called from other numbers which i blocked , i called and requested to talk to a manager to explain the calls were exsessive and harassing to be told there were no managers ! , i went onto the website and emailed .. twice for them to stop , i work all day and in and out of meetings and plus have been waiting on an important call from a hospital so when i see my phone call i anticipated the important call ! Even when i do find the time to discus what i need i will never buy from adjustable beds due to the harassing sales calls 9 calls in one day !! ... all it would of took was a simple message ,leave name and number and i would of called back when convenient. This company made me so angrey, set off my aniexty and really need to stop calling people in this way .”

“Wwhat i find most disappointing is the company's that you promote do NOT include a price list with there brochure, whilst i understand that products are taylor made but there is always a base price. This practice of having a salesperson camp in your home where theres an expectation is of a sale with a predominantly vulnerable person. All I wanted was a basic price for a basic product. The alternative is to have Two or Tree sales reps in the same room at the same time”
