Had a used, dirty returned item delivered to me as brand new. Company suggested I should pay to return the item to them. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so a courier was organised to collect.
Be warned, the customer service was dreadful, and I'm still waiting on a refund.
Please do not order from them, just incase this happens to you too!!!
