Being asked to write a review for products I haven’t received! Ordered a few mini fridges for kids on Friday night, order said next day delivery, however when I read the small print I wasn’t expecting the order until today. Have received nothing , not even an email to suggest when delivery might be! But an email to review MiniFridge.co.uk. You can’t email to say you can’t meet next day delivery but you can send one to ask for a review! Not impressed with customer service at all.

Some of the staff rude on the phone get promised next day delivery even though you paid before 2pm had to waste 2 days staying in and the fridge came at 5 in evening on 3rd day

Most disappointed that we had to be charged £12.95 transport as we live in Scotland only to discover from the carrier was not paid as it was marked free delivery Shame on yourselves

my fridge was supposed to be next day delivery however it was a weekend and 3 working days after before I received it. when it arrived I was very disappointed to find lots of scuffs and marks on it like it had been bashed around or used and it being a christmas present i am not happy. i have supplied pictures to show the damage and had an apology but the only option i have been given is to take a day off work unpaid to sit in all day and wait for it to be collected which is not an option for me. I am very very disappointed to spend £49.99 on something that looks awful. they will not offer a solution to this problem and I am left with a damaged fridge.. absolutely disgraceful customer experience!

Unable to complete review as mini fridge was not delivered. Spoke with Oliver this morning who took up the non feliveryvwith the courier company. Due to be delivered tomorrow 48 hours late

Not only have I not received the item I ordered, but the delivery service tell they informed the company that they had not received the item at 8.30 in the morning - but I still received a jolly email from the company telling me my item was on its way. Terrible service. Then when I called they were closed.

Hopeless, I ordered an item for next day delivery and over a week later it still hasn’t arrived! I’ve emailed and had no response. How disappointing, my son didn’t get his birthday gift on time because of this terrible company.

Sent wrong fridge, Collected byAPC a week ago, no confirmation that you have received it back and no one seems to know what’s going on. Still waiting for refund. Would not recommend it ever order from you again

Reviews misleading. Very difficult to contact. Returned fridge as not silent as per the review state. Returned fridge but it got redelivered! Called several times but kept being cut off! Do not buy from this company

It was delivered damaged and after 4 emails I am still no closer to a getting a replacement.

So far unimpressed. The website banner claims that items will be delivered free next day. Once I chose the product it said order today for delivery on Monday (which is fine, next day delivery would have been an unexpected bonus). I ordered on Thursday and was told I would receive a confirmation email and tracking of delivery. I ensured someone would be around to receive the delivery. Thank goodness I screenshot the order number as 4 days later I am STILL awaiting a confirmation email and have no idea when the item will be delivered (if at all). Despite not receiving a confirmation email, my bank confirmed the money had been deducted from my card. I am awaiting a response to my enquiry sent to sixty on Friday. Still waiting.... Its absurd ive received a review email before ive had any confirmation of my order! I think the measure of a company is how they correct mistakes but so far it seems seeking reviews is the priority. So yes, very poor is my rating.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to offer your much appreciated feedback. All orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday will be delivered the next working day. After looking into this for you, I can see you placed your order on Thursday 5th after 2pm, therefore your order was scheduled for delivery on Monday 9th. If there was a zero score, up to now that would have got my vote. Received a product damaged. Contacted them via their 'contact us' option on the website twice and so far no response. At all. Will be contacting my credit card company to resolve the issue.
