Hard to contact fridge was 3 days late after stated arrival date but product ace

don’t reccomend at all , fridge it’s self is okay but loud not like advertised. customer service is terrible absolutely no replies at all.

i won’t lie i’m not impressed at all. i tried to cancel the order but no replies to the emails or calls i made to the company. now that i have been unable to cancel my order i have been waiting for the mini fridge to arrive but no arrival , so much for the “next day delivery “. totally disappointed with the customer service with this company!!

I ordered a fridge on the 8th April 2020 it is the 15 th April today and I have still not received it So much for next day delivery

It arrived with a faulty ice box section the minifridge was sent back I have not had any feed back as yet (22-03-2020)

Hi Vera, Thank you for your review. After a telephone conversation with the Customer Service Department, we are sorry to hear that you you were unhappy with the delivery of your order. Our courier service is door to door delivery and we do not offer a white glove position service. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was not of the quality you expected.

I tried to return this fridge and had many difficulties as they kept re delivering this to me instead of refunding the fridge to the original warehouse. I have also had an issue with receiving the refund. The team at minifridge keep blaming my bank provider, but its nothing to do with them. They haven't issued me a refund.

Easy to order but when the item received it was faulty a fridge that only heats up and doesn't go cold, now in the process of returns and hopefully will get one that works......

I still have not recieved my order despite saying I will recieve next day delivery. It's been 3 days and still have not recieved nothing.

All Mainland UK orders placed before 2PM Mon-Thu will be sent on a next day service at no extra charge. Please note the delivery will be made on the next business day, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. Your order is due to be delivered to you today.

Shocking still not received despite offering next day delivery

Hi Jayne, Thank you for your review. We have looked into your order and can see that you order was placed on 30th December at 17.07. All Mainland UK orders placed before 2PM will be sent on a next day service at no extra charge. The delivery will be made on the next business day, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. Fridge was dirty on the outside with no 12v lead. When I tried to call the person on the end of the line kept cutting the line dead. Lo and behold, when I then selected the option to place a new order I got through straightaway!

The item did NOT arrive on the day you promised, so I have been unable to use it on our trip today. This is a great shame. Also, too late as I had ordered from you already, I saw a similar product in Argos. It was £10 cheaper and I could have collected it same day from a store 10 minutes away! I can’t answer many of your questions as product hasn’t arrived!

No confirmation of order delivery and still not arrived. Customer service says it’s dispatched but only when I contacted them. I appreciate it’s Christmas season but nothing on website to indicate revised iOS I g or delivery times.

Gave us someone else’s faulty fridge. How do we know? Because in the box was also email conversations with the previous owner of the fault fridge. Promised next day delivery but obviously that didn’t happen.

To be honest, I'm not impressed at all as I ordered the fridge , got the perfect delivery slot pre Christmas...and the fridge is still not here and it was a gift for my son.... And the live tracker is as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
