“Only issue I have with Millbry Hill is that when placing an order with them (especially online) they never phone to say the goods are in stock and ready to collect. Overall a pleasure to shop there thou with friendly and helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere”

“Happy with quick service. Shame oulet didnt keep up with other stores on price as had to buy this af full price in my size as other store's were less in price and out of stock in my size. Only to find after i purchased it other store had my size again at reduced price.”

“Very happy with the goods I ordered. One item was out of stock despite saying it was in stock on line, but I was sent an email to inform me of that. The only criticism I would have is when being contacted about the out of stock item I was asked to confirm I wanted to go ahead with the rest of the order, however there was no simple ‘one click’ way of doing this, therefore I had to call up. Having said that the person that then dealt with my call was very helpful and friendly. So although not an unpleasant experience, a more time consuming one than I thought would be necessary. Also fab prices compared to anywhere else I could find on the internet”
