“As a hair stylist, I’m regularly in contact as well as my clients with the team at Milk + Blush, they’re always quick to reply and never fail to help with any questions. Delivery is fast and for those who may need to return for a different colour, never have an issue.”

“First time purchasing Milk and Blush extensions after coming across them on Instagram. The Milk and Blush team matched my natural hair colour to the required extension shade after I sent a picture to them. I got the 16” clip in extensions, which are a great colour match, blend into my natural hair perfectly, and the quality of hair is gorgeous. 5* customer service, I would fully recommend.”

“I have been a loyal customer for years and years. Always found the best matching extensions for any haircolour I have had at the time. When I have doubts on which one to choose the customer service has been fast to reaply and has helped me out. And the extensions I have ordered are such a great quality and when cared well they last so long.”

“I cannot put in to words how INCREDIBLE these are!!! (Classic 20inch superior set #dark brown). I’ve had a set from M&B years ago and forgot how good they are compared to every other brand i’ve tried. The main factor here is they are thick end to end, no trailing off into a dodgy looking rats tail. I’ve also just compared the colour to two other sets I have (foxylocks and beautyworks) and the colour/hues in the M&B set are spot on. Not too flat or dull, not too red and don’t have that weird green or khaki tinge that some of them have. And if anyone is wondering whether the quad weft band/clip section will be too stiff or heavy, they’re not! I was happily surprised on that one!”

“Ordered hair extensions ( 16” Quad 200g hair extensions) but wrong shade so I went back for an exchange. The communication from the customer service team has been exceptional, in particular, Haddie, Ellie and Alice. Friendly, informative and most of all so helpful with my exchange request. They processed my exchange the same day they received my extensions back and the new set were posted out the same day! My original extensions were delivered two days from order and my new set received the next day from them posting them. The colour of these match perfectly. Ellie got the colour match spot on. The quality is thick and silky soft, I’ve been wearing them constantly for about 24hrs now and I’ve had no breakage or fall out from them. They’re the best extensions I’ve ever purchased and won’t hesitate to order from Milk&Blush again. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Amazing customer service, very efficient and reply via email pretty much straight away even over the weekend! The hair is always a 5* quality and will not be beaten, it doesn’t loose colour which a lot of extensions tend to do over time and is always super easy to brush after washing and tends to never get tangled. Highly recommend”

“customer service was very very helpful! I have been wearing extensions for 10+ years and have been wearing Milk and Blush (formerly Head Kandy) for YEARS! They are the best. For their pricing, their hair quality is better than sets I have purchased for $500+! Better quality than Bellami and Luxy in my experience.”

“Been using this brand since it was called head kandy easily 10-11 years they are the only clip in extensions I will buy and stay loyal too They are thick root to tip they last with care perfect match for my hair every time never had a complaint customer service are so helpful and polite, I will continue to use milk and blush with out a second thought plus the packaging is just gorgeous .. looking forward to buying another set.. also the softest hair!!”

“I haven’t ordered any extensions from Milk And Blush yet but I am going to after my next paycheck. When I reached out with questions about which ones to purchase, they replied very quickly and were very helpful. The reviews are great from others and just the customer service alone has me wanting to purchase these clip ins.
