At first impression, the Lettings department seemed very professional however, having moved into the property, I have become a little disgruntled. During viewings and on at least four other conversations with the agent, I had spoken of the expectation that the carpets would be cleaned. I even delayed the moving in date by a few days, to allow the carpets to dry. Upon moving in, found that this had not been done and advised that the previous tenants were not instructed to do so. There were at least FOUR opportunities for this to have been made clear. The expense is something that I cannot manage so soon after finding the deposit and month's rent in advance, so are living with a strange 'sweaty foot' odour in the living room - this upsets me greatly! I ALSO left a letter for the agent for the first inspection of the property, advising that the integrated fridge is not reaching the cold temperatures expected. This means that my foodstuffs are deteriorating quicker than they should and could potentially pose problems to our health!!!! The letter was taken by them, so I have ALSO called to inquire when the Leylandii will be trimmed. I was advised this would be done shortly after we moved in (as previous tenants did not maintain them) They were over-hanging into both the neighbours' gardens. I was told that they would contact the Landlady and get back to me. They have not. I am really not happy with any of the above. Therefore I hope that my rating reflects this. Fingers crossed for the monthly draw huh!? Perhaps I could afford to get the trees trimmed and the living room carpet cleaned!!

moving house can be a very stressful experience but Julian and his team kept me informed and managed all the other 3rd parties to ensure a smooth end to end conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Tuck to act as my estate agent in the future. Regards Paul Henley

We were out the country when we marketed our buy-to-let property and then my husband had a stroke, so we were very grateful for all the help we received which was well beyond the call of duty at a time when we couldn't get to the property ourselves. Hallam Beveridge our agent visited the house to check on it whether we had a viewing or not, so we could satisfy the conditions of our insurers. We were given good advice at every step of the way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael Tuck to others.

Matt and the team in the Quedgeley branch were fantastic from the initial meeting through to the next day sale and completion - I have been recommending them to everyone we know ! Should i sell again at anytime I will without a doubt use Michael tucks!

The guys at Michael Tuck are all very nice and none threatening, purchasing a house they marketed was a pretty simple process. They were on the ball pushing the process forward without being too insistent about it. There were one or two delays, but nothing that created any kind of problem; to be fair at least one of them was my fault. Everyone was polite and professional. I would rate them 'Very Good' but there was a mix up and our second viewing appointment was not booked in, so the vendor was out when we arrived and we had to re-arrange. But again, it may have been partly my fault. When i come to sell my house i will consider Michael Tuck to act as my agent.

The house move from abroad, with a husband with dementia, was very stressful for me. But Michael Tuck estate agents made it far less stressful than it could have been. This was due to their professionalism and understanding. The house is great, although if I ever want to sell, these estate agents would be the ones I would use, for sure.
