“Kurt has been outstanding in dealing with our affairs while overseas and we find him very approachable. I also feel that MT offers very competitive rates compared to other agents. Our agreement is for 23 months with our new tenants and I will expect the same level of engagement throughout the tenancy. Regular communications is key.”
