“Having rented through Micheal Tuck for the last 5 years, it came as no shock how well the sales department runs. With both, selling the rented property I am currently in, and selling the property we are purchasing to us! We’ve dealt with Tony, Chloe, Charlie and Vicky all of whom have been nothing but polite and helpful. Tony did our first viewing and then worked all day to help progress and secure our offer. We were really impressed with his effort and tenacity. And how quickly he was able to respond to our queries, even when having to get the information from the vendors. Chloe was who we initially made contact with, helped with the paperwork for the memorandum and came to our second viewing! Charlie was in touch with me regarding the sale of my current address, and was supportive of my anxiousness around the timings for both properties. Vicky was brilliant at chasing the vendors in the final stages, and putting up with my consistent emailing! We have been left throughly impressed by the office as a whole, and although it’s not on the cards for a while yet, we will definitely be considering using MT for the sale of the property at the other end. Thank you!”

“Great service from Otis and the team. Exchange and Completion was a little stressfully confusing as we were asked for a date and then couldn't Complete because we couldn't get hold of the Owner or Solicitor. Otis helped to smooth this through successfully. Thank you for your help.”

“We chose Michael Tuck as they had managed a previous property we owned for quite a few years, without any problems at all, and so we chose to use them to sell our rental property, that our Daughter and Grandaughter were living in. We met Otis, who was really a "Lucky find" for us. Otis is a lovely guy, and was massively helpful to us throughout the entire process - from videoing of the property, dealing with buyer issues, all the way to completion, and beyond. We gained a new family member!. On the rare occasion Otis was not available, Jimmy supported us with the same level of helpfullness. On top of all that. Michael Tuck charges were far better than the previous company we used - but that was genuinely not why I called them first - as I did not even know their charge rates.”

“Very efficient, patient as we decided when to put our property on the market, photo and broucher/releasing turnaround was fast. We had a quick and easy sale. Micheal Tuck were great and giving us as much information as they could to help us make an informed decision on offer and sake went through quicker then expected. They were very responsive to queries and every staff member that we had contact with was friendly and always happy to help. Really reasonable selling fees. Would happily recommend to others.”

“My family recently approached the Michael Tuck Abbeymead office and was assisted by Natalie Collins. She was very thoughtful and knowledgeable, and listened to our preferences. She helped us find our new rental home and was truly supportive throughout the entire rental process. Her colleague Kurt Swanborough was also exceptional. Both Natalie and Kurt are now considered as family friends and we certainly keep them both as our realtors of choice!”
