His attention to detail was exemplary, and he managed the entire process with warmth, humour, and compassion, making a difficult situation significantly easier. “My family recently approached the Michael Tuck Abbeymead office and was assisted by Natalie Collins. She was very thoughtful and knowledgeable, and listened to our preferences. She helped us find our new rental home and was truly supportive throughout the entire rental process. Her colleague Kurt Swanborough was also exceptional. “I cannot speak more highly of Michael Tuck and the Quedgeley branch. Otis was absolutely brilliant. He put me at ease from our first meeting and he won me over with his confidence. The property in question was a little niche and I was selling due to bereavement. Otis was however great on all levels, he was there with answers to any questions I had, and responses were swift. He was supportive when I was struggling and he provided advise when requested. Otis and the Quedgeley team made everything easy to manage. I would highly recommend.”

“Guys working at Abbeymead Gloucester are fabulous.call any time ask queries extra Miles help and details available. Special Thanks Branch Manager name Charlie I bought house through Michael Tuck Estate Abbeymead. It's took around 3 month as house wasn't chain free and they have awared me it will take while to complete the process but thanks to Charlie who keep updating me through whole process and pushed owner &Solicitors to complete its soon as possible. “During our recent house sale and move, Michael Tuck Estate Agents at Abbeymead provided us with a first rate service. We had not moved house for the last 33 years but Charlie Hitchman especially, guided us through the process from valuation to completion with a calm, steadying hand. Even when we hit a difficult patch, his cool, professional manner saw us through. Jorja was also a great help and other staff members we talked to had the same professional approach.
