“I was really pleased with the service I received throughout the sale. Charlie was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the local area and similar properties that had sold, so he was able to give me a very good idea of the right market price from the outset. The fee was very reasonable too. Charlie was my main contact and clearly knows his stuff, but whenever he wasn’t available his colleagues were always happy to help with any queries. I was kept well informed all the way through the process and they were particularly helpful and reassuring during the period when my buyer lost their original buyer. A very friendly and professional team and I’d be very happy to recommend them.”

“We used Michael Tuck to sell my late Grans bungalow. At what was a difficult time Charlie was absolutely brilliant to deal with. Him and his team were there to support and advise us through the whole process. I would, without hesitation chose them to sell my property.”

“At the end of July we have purchased our property through Michael Tuck agency in Gloucester (Abbeymead branch). Whole Team was friendly, efficient and responsive. Special thank you to Charlie (Branch Manager) and Tony (Sales Manager) who were always dealing with our queries promptly and proffesionally, at the same time keeping us well up to date with sale progress. Nothing was ever a problem for them. We would strongly recommend this branch. Once again thank you whole Abbeymead Team for great engagement in our purchase. Your help is much appreciated.”

“I’ve been using Michael Tuck for over 10 years, mainly for their lettings service as a landlord, and more recently to sell my property. I’ve always received excellent service and have been really impressed with how helpful and approachable everyone has been. A special mention to Kurt, Head of Lettings, who has always given great advice and regularly gone above and beyond to help. Vicky and Tony on the sales team have also been fantastic, making the whole process of selling my property straightforward and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Michael Tuck again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great estate agent.”
