“Kurt has been outstanding in dealing with our affairs while overseas and we find him very approachable. I also feel that MT offers very competitive rates compared to other agents. Our agreement is for 23 months with our new tenants and I will expect the same level of engagement throughout the tenancy. Regular communications is key.”

“From our first viewing of our new home nothing was too much trouble for anyone at Michael Tuck Abbeymead. Phone calls & emails were always answered straightaway & everyone seemed genuinely pleased that we completed and were so happy with our new home. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I found all the sales representatives to be professional, knowledgeable and approachable, whether they were in the field or in the office. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were dealt with promptly and thoroughly. They made the selling of my old house and the purchase of my new bungalow as painless and stress free as they possibly could. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Thank you.”

“We recently used Michael Tuck as our selling agent and they provided excellent service from start to finish. They went above and beyond helping to resolve solicitor issues that were not their responsibility. They were always friendly and helpful and were very good at introducing suitable buyers from the outset ensuring no time wastage. Overall we would highly recommend and would definitely use again if we were ever to move.”

“Whether we called or someone from Michael Tuck contacted us, it was always a pleasure speaking to someone from your team.
