“Original order was quick, unfortunalty one item was sent wrong. I called customer service and they were very efficient and sent me the correct part with a postage paid envelope to return the wrong items at my convinience. I wish all companies were like this!”

“I recently purchased a 60mm silencer for a noisy fan intake pipe. The silencer has reduced the noise by at least 50% to a now acceptable level. I collected the silencer from their warehouse in Ossett, I can't fault their service, both online and in person.”

“I purchased a filter which arrived very quickly. Initially, I had some concerns as I couldn't access the filter via the bottom bowl. I contacted Mellor, and they responded promptly with clear advice. I followed their guidance and resolved the issue with no trouble. If only all companies provided this level of service.”

“Great service pre, during and post sales. All my pre-sales questions about a Webasto Marine Heater kit were fully answered by Stuart. The sale itself went smoothly with a well thought out website. In particular the handling of sales into Europe was excellent and something I'd not experienced with other UK shippers. Normally exporters sell VAT free + shipping and taxes are paid to the carrier in Europe. This sometimes can be a problem depending on the carrier. However with Mellor, all shipping and taxes are paid at the point of sale - nothing more to be done. All shipping documentation is generated by Mellor and given to UPS who handle all the import formalities. There was a hiccup with my import in that it seemed to be stuck in customs. An email to Stuart and he was able to dig into the parcel tracking which appeared to be normal to him and he suggested I wait for a day. Well there was a problem in that customs thought I was a "Company" which entails a lot more paperwork. A quick text into the UPS tracking system affirming that I was a private individual and my parcel was on its way again. 8 working days (Ossett) door to (near Dijon) door. Not too bad!”
