“My Erberspacher upgrade arrive on time, during fitting I found a problem with the wiring loom. I called their technical department and they resolved the issue straight away. No company is perfect, but it's important that if something is wrong it's sorted to the customers satisfaction. Thank you Stuart you dealt with my problem, top man”

“Great service, The part I ordered was out of stock and so they sent what they though was a suitable (better) equivalent at a lower price, they also redunded the difference. Unfortunately what was sent was not a suitable replacement/equivalent to the copper diesel fuel line I ordered due to the incorrect inside bore diameter (ID). A quick chat via WhatsApp sorted the problem and they immediately dispatched a suitable replacement and refunded any difference. They also clarified that the diesel fuel line that I'd now be receiving is ISO marine standard rubber hose and so suitable for all fuel length runs, even from the pump to the heater, so the copper pipe is no longer needed which will make the installation far easier. Top company, really nice and helpful - thank you, I will definitely use Mellor Online again. Waran.”

“After researching various boat heaters, and suppliers, I purchased an Eberspacher marine heater kit from Mellor Online. The staff (especially Stuart) were always ready to provide advice, via both WhatsApp and phone. This was much appreciated as it gave me confidence in fitting the heater myself, something that I was initially finding rather daunting. Their help made the project enjoyably feasible.”
