Hi Tony, Thank you for your message, I've looked into this, and it shows that UPS delivered your parcel on Wednesday 02/11/2022. Looking at the tracking delays, it seems like A late UPS trailer arrival at Finglas, Ireland caused the delay. Here at Mellor Online, we always post the parcels the same day, but with all international packages, delays are possible, which is out of our control. Glad to see you now have your parcel.

“Recently bought a Kalori Silencio 2 heater blower unit from Mellor Online. The unit was in stock, was well priced and was sent quickly and well protected in stout packaging. Based on my experience I will be happy to go back to them for other items needed for my project”

“I took up the offer of free technical advice (this was before I bought anything) and received help directly from Stuart - who made several efforts to call after we both missed each others calls. He helped sort out my problems with Thermo Top C. Shortly after I put in a substantial order - and not difficult to choose Mellor Online as their prices are very competitive. Order arrived nest day. Highly recommended.”

“Well… Stuart has been a true star throughout my research, selecting and buying parts for my Hydronic set up in my camper. Nothing is too much trouble and he replies to questions extremely quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my heater parts now - he’s a one stop shop and extremely knowledgeable in this field. Give him a call - you won’t get better service anywhere else. Thanks Stuart.”

“The business stocks parts compatible with Eberspacher, Webasto, MiKuni and Autoterm, (Planar)and can offer good advice over the phone. Prices are not excessive and carriage is a reasonable fixed rate for most orders. An arrangement made for pick-up at the business had to be cancelled at the last minute and the goods were posted to me free instead. Good service.”
