“All good, my vitamin B complex and the flea treatment for my dog arrived quickly, packaged well but not over-packaged.”

“I purchased my usual vitamins and stuff as a return customer and was disappointed & noticed only afterwards that a delivery charge was added to my card, when I made sure initially that it was a free delivery. I wasted time trying to call customer service but did get through in the end to have it refunded. It seems that one has to have the delivery charge for next day taken off in order that standard free delivery is applied which is annoying. Anyways customer service very good”

With Express Checkout, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, the fastest courier option is automatically selected as the default courier. Depending on the platform, this can be easily missed but it can be changed this by swiping up before proceeding to payment or by choosing to enter your details in manually. KR, Customer Support

“Unfortunately both the lemon and basil and the poppy and vanilla hand soap arrived damaged. The plastic dispensers were broken off and the poppy one has a faulty screw. The actual soap inside is good and we can still just about get it out. So I guess it's just about your delivery provider and the bad packaging.”

“My item was in a glass jar and was tossed into an oversized box on its own without an bubble wrap. Luckily, it did not break. I have read reviews that this is normal. The product is a cream conditioner and looks out-of-date. It should be white but is yellow and does not smell the way it should.”
