“First time I ordered from Medino, I was very pleased. My order arrived the next day, which was perfect. However, my second experience was disappointing. While the order arrived 2 days later (which is not a problem), one of the vitamin bottles was broken. I contacted customer service with photos of the damage, but instead of promptly sending a replacement, they requested additional photos, including the packaging. Unfortunately, I had already disposed of the packaging as I hadn't noticed the damage until I removed the protective plastic. I sent the additional photos but haven’t received a response yet. The slow customer service response is disappointing, especially considering my positive first experience. I had hoped to continue using Medino as a reliable online shop.”
