“Items arrived in good time. Box squashed but no damage to items. Two items were medicine. One item had an expiry date that would be exceeded by the time the box had finished. A discount was offered speedily which I accepted. Assurance that this is not standard practice to send medicines with late dates. Will use in future as good service in dealing with matters which arise.”

“Extremely good service and excellent to find a company where delivery is free at £15, but I do find most products are quite expensive and cheaper at the supermarkets. This unfortunatley is the case at most online pharmacies.”

“Yes, I found it good and would use again...especially when the items purchased were in a 'flash sale' meaning quite a bit saved! Kept informed about delivery and although it arrived a day later than stated, it wasn't a problem. Only negative, (hence lost star), no packaging around items, so could be a little insecure with other items.”

“Managed to get my favourite toothpaste at a good price. No longer seems to be available in the shops so ordered on line from Medino. Delivery took about 10 days which is longer than we are used to these days but I was ok with that. Kept me updated with delivery dates. I would order from this company again. Thanks for a great service.”
