Whoever rolled up the print obviously wasn't aware that they were dealing with a $100+ item. Print arrived with dents and creases that fortunately our framer was able to fix. We previously ordered the same print from Art.com for $25. It also came creased but more severely so it couldn't be framed. So I guess we just paid an extra $75 for smaller creases! Don't waste your money on their "fine art" print option - virtually the exact same thing we got from art.com for $25. And they refunded the $25 when I called (and actually got to talk to a live person) to report the damage
