“The delivery address was correct however your delivery partner (fed ex) said the address did not exsist and so the package was not delivered. This was a gift and a surprise so i now had to tell the receipaint about the gift as i had to get them to call fed ex to find out the reason for non delivery. The road is a new build so fed ex said it was an incorrect address which was not the case. My friend had to give another postcode which is the street that there road is off for them to find it. No phone call was made by the driver to find the adddress. I was delivered the next day however this should have been delivered the day before.”

“Looking at the Camborne section of images, please be informed that many of the images captioned South Condurrow are incorrect both in the titles and the dates If you will contact me I can give you the corrections. many of the images appear in my book on King Edward Mine where both the date and photographer are listed”

“The mug wasn't wrapped, which would have been more reassuring with mugs being breakable. In a small cardboard box with a sealed sticker but not inside a bag. Would have been very easy to open by anyone. Luckily the weather was dry otherwise the box could have been saturated in heavy rain, therefore not making the item as secure as possible. But I love George Best, best thing about the mug....”

“I ordered a 32" framed copy of "Queen Maeve" by Leyendecker. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. The print resolution for the size is just "ok". The cast of the print is dark. For $200 I would have expected the print to be matted. The matting is printed. I debated on sending it back but decided my options were limited and to keep the picture.”

“Well...I chose 'acceptable', I didn't say you made me happy. The pictures came in very good time, they were extremely well packed and the quality of the prints is very high. My disappointment lies in the quality of the frames. They look fine now they are on the wall but, owing to them not being made of a suitable material, such as wood, it was not possible to hang them satisfactorily. That is to say that they can only be hung from a central pin, rather than from one each side of the frame. Consequently they can easily get knocked askew in passing. At the price I had expected wooden frames.”

We do our very best to provide customers with detailed descriptions and illustrations of our products so they are fully aware of what they're purchasing and are sorry that you missed that they were "wood grain effect" and the central hook illustration. The frames are also suitable for some of the many hanging products available at hardware stores if customers have different requirements. Whilst we're disappointed we only scored 'acceptable' we're glad to know you were pleased with the quality of the prints and that they look fine on the wall. Thanks for your feedback Jonathan.

“Ok product. Mount could have been of better quality, ie; not just a plain white border on the print. Use an insert instead to set off the print. Good frame. Service was good. Easy to order and arrived as promised.”

We offer 2 types of framed prints for some sizes in our range. The product ordered was our Xpress framed print (white border) and other is a mounted framed print (white mount). All our products are made to order with production/delivery for the Xpress quicker offering customers a choice. We hope this explanation helps. Thanks for your feedback.

“Image ordered arrived promptly. Only drawback was that there were creases on the print, despite it being packaged in a semi-rigid envelope. These could only have occurred during the original packing phase. More care needed, please!”

“I liked the selection of photos you had on offer and am satisfied with my choice. You deleivered the item in good time. But I am disappointed with the size of teh box I reeived and the size of the puzzle pieces. I do not think the quality of this item refelected the price of £30 that I paid for this gift for my aunt's birthday.”

“Good service and location very images but this is my first jigsaw from media Storehouse and I’m afraid to say it’s terribly loosely fitting and not great quality. Sorry :( I really hoped it would be great as there’s lots more images you have that I’d like.”

“Delivery very prompt and service good but sadly although print quality good the poster had not been rolled carefully so has some creases in it that will show when i frame it. Therefore not happy Kind regards Mark”

“One picture was fine, one was very poor quality, grainy with lines through it. Granted, they were reprints of 1920s photos but the quality did not look as poor on the small picture on their website.”

As you quite rightly say this image is very old so may show its age in different ways and it's been provided as is to preserve and show the artistic character and authenticity. We're truly sorry that you found our websites confusing :( As we explained in our private messages each of our stores (UK, USA, Europe & Australia) offer different products. We're glad that you were eventually able to order a puzzle from the US store. “I received the picture on time but the frame was broken as it is not real wood and is cheaply made. After two emails to customer support I received a second picture and frame in the mail in a few days. The picture looks great and is very clear. I would recommend it to others”

We too were sorry that your order arrived damaged. Unfortunately once orders leave our premises they're no longer under our direct control and sometimes transit damage does occur.
