“The ordering process by phone was excellent. The available jigsaws by M.F.Peck were quickly listed by your operator. The delivery was within the time and notification of time of arrival was helpful. I was however less happy with the products. I will send this concern directly by e:mail”

“We have not done the puzzle yet but am really looking forward to it. It was raining outside when it was delivered and the packaging was a bit flimsy so the box got wet. It dried out and thankfully the puzzle pieces were in a plastic bag or the whole thing would have been ruined and I would have to wait another 4-5 weeks to get a new one”

All our puzzles are custom made and we have been working as fast as we can to safely make, pack and ship orders, taking into account the new Covid-19 workplace practices to care for all staff. This, together with the current high demand for jigsaws, has meant that our shipping times are longer than usual but we do provide estimated shipping dates in the order confirmation emails sent to customers and this order shipped 1 day after that date. Although the situation around the world is evolving, we are determined to do everything we can to remain fully operational. Nevertheless we are sorry that you found our information 'vague' but that may be because, during these challenging times, it is impossible to give guarantees. We do hope this explanation helps and thank you for supporting our business and posting this feedback.

Sorry to hear you experienced payment problems. Financial institutions process payments separately and securely on our behalf and we do not have access to payment details. “Order arrived on time & was well packaged. The item was the size described & looks good. However, was disappointed that the frame was card rather than something more substantial & there was no protective cover in the frame. Not completely sure this was value for money.”

“Although I am happy with the print and the delivery service, am disappointed with the quality of the frame! Didn't realise that it would not be wood and unfortunately there is a small mark on the inside edge.”

“Negatives: The poster arrived and it appeared to have been folded several times, leaving heavy creases down the length of the paper. Possibly the paper stock was not of a good standard. Positives: The picture quality was clear.”

In view of your comment, we've checked and can see the fine art print shipped a day earlier than advised at the time of ordering and should have been delivered the next day. All our products are made to order by professionals so we do need time for production, shipping and delivery. Hope this explanation helps and thank you for your feedback.
