“Quality product, well packaged. Would have preferred a 'thinner' frame, though, given the size of the picture.”

Deliveries to Lithuania do take a little longer but we do advise customers of this at the time of ordering. Great to know that you enjoyed browsing our collection and that the order arrived safely :)

“Package arrived undamaged and within time-frame. Email communication re delivery was ok- the important part about delivery wasn't obvious and would be better at the top of the email.”

“I love the image that I bought and when framed will be displayed for years to come. Slight issue for delivery, was addressed to wrong house number, even though the correct one was clear on the invoice. Luckily the person was out and the delivery guy came to me to take it in. Sort that out I will buy more”

Thanks for your feedback. Your order was dispatched on time and as per the estimated delivery date confirmed with the order. However you may not have been aware of this date, or realised that we don't hold stock (all of our products are made-to-order), so we do hope that this helps to explain the delivery time.
