“I ordered an Arsenal team photo as a jigsaw, for my daughter. The picture was left centred and consequently you could not see several of the players. When I called to query this, the call handler immediately offered to send me out a new one properly made without question. I am most grateful.”

Regarding the shipping component; our products are securely package so they arrive safely and we only pass on the actual shipping costs to our customers as advised at the time of order. “The quality colour abd definition of the picture is very good. In hindsight I wouldn't have had the small margin. And it is a photo of a old poster, so the imperfections are there. But I wanted that old look. Good communication and well packaged.”

“Picture was fine, but quite dark compared to how it looked online. Was the only place I could get the specific image I wanted, though, so am overall, still glad I ordered.”

Oops, you may not have noticed that each time a different product is selected, the product illustration changes too. This is to show how they will look when printed. In addition to that, you can find more specifications in the info tab, which is located towards the bottom of each product page. We do hope this explanation helps. “very quick delivery, could have had extra card in packaging as photo got slightly bent but not creased so was okay once in frame. The colours and quility of photo was excellent. very pleased.”

Our packaging is standardised and we do our best to securely pack products so that they arrive safely, including do not bend stickers, but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf and we are sorry that this did not happen in this instance. Nevertheless is good to know all was well once the print was framed and that you were happy with the quality too.
