“I bought a customised birthday card. The product is good quality and the speed of despatch was superb. I struggled with the ordering process, type font and display. The process wasn't straightforward”

“Excellent historical photographic archive (even found one of my own brother racing in the TTs 40 years ago). Can't give 5 stars as there is an ongoing problem with the rigidity of the envelopes used to post photographs.”

“The jigsaw I ordered is lovely- beautiful colours and a stunning image. I would have liked a larger image than the one on the box, but that is my only quibble. The jigsaw arrived promptly and is of good quality. I would definitely order from Media Storehouse again.”

“Fairly easy website to select size and color/bw - confusing when selecting caption with size. Got the - size/color but did not get the art title/artist...my mistake I guess.”

“I ordered an Arsenal team photo as a jigsaw, for my daughter. The picture was left centred and consequently you could not see several of the players. When I called to query this, the call handler immediately offered to send me out a new one properly made without question. I am most grateful.”
