“The item which I chose as a gift was exactly what I had been looking for. The recipients were delighted. The item was received within a week of ordering and it came very well wrapped and protected for transit. I would use Media storehouse again without a doubt>”

All prints are made to order so we do need time for production / shipping however this did ship within 3 days but standard mail does take a few days from the East to West coast of Australia. We hope this explanation helps. Thanks for your feedback Karen.

“Good quality and a nice selection. I had to return the first purchase to get a larger size. I do wish that shipping for returns was free, it was quite pricey.”

Sorry you found it necessary to return due to selecting the wrong size however, as per our return policy, we refund postage if a product is found to be faulty which we're very pleased to see wasn't so in this case. Thanks for your feedback.

“I'm very happy with the two prints I have purchassed but on both occasions my credit card provider has charged me a fee for an overseas transaction. Whilst you have no control over my credit card provider, I think you should warn purchasers of the possibility of a fee being imposed.”

“They were very professional to deal with and the delivery was prompt. The selection of photos was great, the only thing I wish was a better quality of paper.”

Thanks for your review. All our photo jigsaw puzzles are printed on quality photographic paper and hand-finished on 100% recycled 1.5 mm millboard. If you could send us a private message with suggestions about the quality of paper you would have preferred our product development team would be happy to investigate further.

“Print was good quality, and I was happy with the care they took to package the print. Shipping was on the slow side which is why I gave it a 4 and not a 5.”

“I was very worried before I opened the outer box. I took about three pictures documenting the UPS damage on the outside but when I opened the package everything was fine.”

This is an image of Battersea Power Station taken either early sunset or sunrise which may explain what it is a little dark however it's still a lovely image. Please send us a direct message if you would like to arrange a return. Thank you for your feedback.
