“I brought a swan concertos, which is excellent. The concertina did not arrive by the expected date. This was not McNeela’s fault, however their customer service department were brilliant. Replying to emails within 24 hours. Even offering to send a replacement, if it hadn’t arrived in a couple of days.”

“I love my concertina, and I owe it to the personal care they made to ship it internationally. The 90 days of lessons allow me to expand my love of music, playing a new instrument, and learn about Irish music. The price and the Wren were perfect for me.”

“After ordering the whistle from Mcneela we did wait a bit longer than normal for delivery. However this was forgotten as soon as the instrument arrived. The delay was due to Covid but as they say good things come to those who wait. Thank you for the quality product we love it. Superb quality in every detail.”

“In the past I got my flute there and it is absolutely wonderful. Recently I ordered a small item that has not arrived due to local mail faliur- not Irish mail, as soon as this was descavered by Mcneela they gave me a full refund. Plas their mailing list is about the best place to be!!”
