I ordered a flute in November expecting that it would arrive in 15 days, as estimated on the website. Two months later it still had not arrived. Almost 3 after being sent, the only help I could get was to contact the shipping service. The shipping service told me that McNeela would need to contact them about delivery. The local shipping service attempted to deliver- I was not home and they didn't call or leave at note, so it was sent back to McNeela. I got a refund but this never should have happened in the first place.

Rubbish. No quality control. The bodhran came with the tape totally peeled off and piled in a crushed heap in the middle of the skin. I'd have to be desperate indeed to ever use you again.

When I rang up my reception was not very good. The two members. Of staff I spoke to couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I wanted to buy my first mandolin and selected one of their mandolins. I came off the phone feeling really disappointed and flat. I spent £700 on a mandolin with another music shop.

A string on the violin i purchased snapped with me opening it and the quality was noticeably poor. I will not be making a purchase from here again.

The quality of the tin whistle was okay for the price. Cheap plastic was used. However the amount of emails I received to review the product was ridiculous, and after I unsubscribed from their own email list, they then signed my email up for this reviews.co.uk. This is not acceptable, passing my email around, signing me up for things all because of the tin whistle. One star.

I’ve complained several times that I cannot access your ordering pages. I’ve tried several browsers, turned off VPN, different OS on different computers. Your server “not found.” I have not seen any response.

1) lists US Dollar prices on website then charges in Euro at a higher price which also incurs multiple foreign transaction fees - this is literally false advertisement and I would have purchased elsewhere had I known. 2) Cancelled part of the order without notifying (which interestingly enough was the sole reason I wanted to order. 3) One of the items broke shortly after received it (backpack zipper) - obviously poor quality. 4) They never responded to a single email querying pricing, charges, products, and quality and I sent about six of them.

I paid for tin whistle class. It was excellent. But after the first month it became inaccessible. The website kept directing me to sign. But I already had and the company took automatic payment every month. I tried via the site to stop payment but they keep charging me. I am frustrated and upset about this business practice. They take my money and hide behind a non functioning class presentation.
