“The workmanship of the instrument is not appropriate for the price. Metal plates are glued together, which makes repairing them very difficult if they malfunction. I am very disappointed. Might as well have bought cheap Chinese junk on Amazon. Will stay away from MC Neela and possibly give up the instrument.”

“I purchased a McNeela Phoenix concertina and I’ve been pleased with it thus far! The concertina malfunctioned a month after I purchased it but McNeela stood behind their product and repaired it at no cost to me. They refunded my shipping cost and quickly returned the instrument once repaired! I admire their customer service and warranty. I’ll be a customer for life 🙂. I do wish the Phoenix was available with the shiny metal end plates like the Swan, maybe that could be an option upon purchase in the future!! Cheers, Adam from Kentucky!”
