The delivery was slower than would have been your usual, due to pandemic issues, but I got good information from you throughout that process. “Great service for me! I ordered a Wild Bb whistle and was mistakenly sent an A whistle instead. When I enquired about the return procedure I was told "sorry for our mistake...just keep the A whistle and well get the Bb asap" which you did. 5 star service! I may soon order a D....maybe you could mistakenly send me a C first! 🤣. Many thanks and kind regards. Chris Keenlyside. PS. The whistles are great too. 👍”

“I purchased the McNeela Phoenix Concertina and I absolutely LOVE it! It is an amazing instrument and worth every penny! I live in the USA and it was packaged very securly with lots of protection. Still, during the shipping process from Ireland to the USA a reed slipped or something that caused a buzzing on one of the buttons. Long story short, McNeela sent me some reeds and wax and then scheduled a Zoom meeting to talk me through the process. Works perfect! I have since recommended several people to McNeela even though we have Concertina sales in the USA. HIGHLY recommend both the Phoenix Concertina and the service aand help!!!”
