“Ordered a Wren Concertina (#37218) on Dec 17, 2021. Received Dec 21, 2021. Bellows seemed a bit asthmatic. Arranged return and received return label. Spent $93.05 USD postage to insure the package would arrive in Dublin by 12/28/2021, where it stayed until 1/27/2022. Then, (on 2/27/2022), I received notice that it was returning to me. It was delivered back to me on 3/2/2022. So, I spent $625.26 for the Wren, plus $93.05 to return it for a refund ($718.31). Enclosed is a picture of the 'Refusal' sticker from the package. The USPS tracking number is EH024624155US. I guess I'll need to learn how to troubleshoot and repair a 'seeping bellows', as I have already spent far more than anticipated on a beginner to intermediate level Concertina. I have been told I should sell it for whatever I can get, and 'cut my losses'.”

“I brought a swan concertos, which is excellent. The concertina did not arrive by the expected date. This was not McNeela’s fault, however their customer service department were brilliant. Replying to emails within 24 hours. Even offering to send a replacement, if it hadn’t arrived in a couple of days.”
