“After ordering the whistle from Mcneela we did wait a bit longer than normal for delivery. However this was forgotten as soon as the instrument arrived. The delay was due to Covid but as they say good things come to those who wait. Thank you for the quality product we love it. Superb quality in every detail.”

“Heavy (very pleasant) but not so powerfull. Steady notes. One thing I dont like (just like with former Merlin Excalibur wide bore) is that air flow seems restricted. One have to blow more strongly than desired. Problem with commercial division: I paid 35 euros to be quickly delivered... but in fact I paid for nothing, whistle arrived 1 week later !!!! I sent a mail to be refund... I never got an answer. I'm rather angry for that !!! BANDIDOS !!”

“In the past I got my flute there and it is absolutely wonderful. Recently I ordered a small item that has not arrived due to local mail faliur- not Irish mail, as soon as this was descavered by Mcneela they gave me a full refund. Plas their mailing list is about the best place to be!!”

“I found it strange to receive 'feedback' emails about an order I hadn't received yet. I had no prior knowledge of shipping with tracking numbers before those emails came through. I understand international shipping has become a long process but a tracking number as soon as it ships would be helpful. I ordered in Dec and didn't receive until March. Other than that- I LOVE the products I bought! McNeela products are the best!”

“Thanks to Staff at McNeela who fixed the Cork joint on my daughters flute the other day. My husband popped in with it and the lady repaired it there and then and gave advice re use of flute oil etc for my 12 yr old. Always guaranteed to fix a problem. Previously repaired my sons key on his Concertina. Great service on all instruments purchased with them. Many thanks we have a flute , Banjo and Concertina in this house from McNeela. Can’t recommend them enough for follow up service. Aisling O’Sullivan and family”

“Service, product and online purchase all very good. Even packaging held up being shipped to the States. This is a big deal since everything else I have ordered from across the Pond has arrived in tattered packaging and sometimes damaged contents. Yay McNeela! Thank you for a beautiful bodhran. Sounds magnificent. Just wish it wasn't so heavy.”
