“I purchased one D and three C tin whistles from McNeela Music. I have 4 young grandchildren ( 3 to 11 years old) and I am hoping at least 2 will want to play the tin whistles. I have played both the C and the D whistle and love the weight and tones of both whistles. I rate your product as a 5. I plan to purchase at least two more D whistles. My next purchase will have to be a local CD player so I can hear and learn the tunes in the book I purchased. I hope to get this done soon. I will make my next whistle purchases very soon. “Over the past few years I have bought three low whistles and a number of soprano whistles over the internet at McNeela's and the service so far has been outstanding - as much as the products. Also, the newsletter is always welcome with all the information about Irish music and living in general and the offers for online-tutoring - which I unfortunately do not have the time for at the moment. But we are looking forward to visiting the shop when we are in Dublin in the near future.”

“I've been telling my musical friends about your company and your great customer service. I had placed an item in my shopping cart ... and received what appeared to be a personal email from Mr. McNeela himself, asking if he (or the company) could be of any assistance with my purchase decision. I thought ... here's a man (or company) who/that values his/its customers. I subsequently opted for a lower-grade entry-level flute and was quite impressed with the whole delivery process (including international package tracking). I am very satisfied with my new flute!”
