“The beginner class was clear and paced to my very slow learning. ( I've played piano accordion but this is much more difficult). A suggestion I have is to let the viewer know right at the start where the computer link is to print out the resource material. Some of us are tech morons! I failed to see the link and hand-copied the songs and exercises for lessons 1-8. That took a lot of time. Another problem is that I have large hands, as some students must. If I adjust the straps as Jack instructs, I can't bring my fingertips down on the buttons as he does. So I've now got the straps looser, higher, which makes it more difficult to locate the buttons. My fingers "wander." Can you address this problem? About the instrument-- one button, right side middle row first one-- is a bit slanted and sometimes sticks open. I have to push it sideways to get it to close. Is there any way to remedy that?”

“I am completely revising my review of McNeela Music. Originally I was not pleased as I received a 19 fret rather 17 fret Irish banjo as ordered. I received a response from Conor of McNeela and he fully resolved the matter by sending me the 17 fret banjo and I was able to return the 19 fret and receive a refund for the shipping costs. The correction of the matter was prompt, courteous and complete. Thank you Conor! I have nothing but outstanding praise for McNeela! I would strongly recommend anyone looking for Irish instruments, music, etc. to first start with McNeela. Extremely Pleased!”
