Although there was a problem with the whistle purchased you handled the problem within a very short period of time by replacing the purchase with a new whistle. The only mention I would make is that one of my items took a very long time to ship, and it would have been nice to have had that information before ordering, or perhaps even shortly after ordering. “I love my new flute! I was very worried about it getting damaged since I was having it shipped all the way from Ireland to Seattle--much to my relief it was very well protected. It shipped very quickly too, I don't think it took much longer than 2 weeks to get all the way to me from Ireland! The sound is amazing as well, but will get even better the more I learn the instrument. Thank you!”
