“A good and reasonably inexpensive quote from MCN site, which was let down by some degree by the service that I received from the chosen insurance company...I had to "try" and contact them through their own enquiry site..this I did twice, but no reply to either attempted inquiry as to where my policy/documents,or even my proof that I was indeed insured with them was, But eventually after two more telephone calls to them,and two weeks later, they managed to sort out my predicament..A fault from their admin. section....maybe!!”

“Excellent service. worked well. however first insurance company sent a letter a week after they had accepted me and asked for more information and more money. I went through exactly the same process again and selected a different company who were great. So worked well in the end.”

“The website is simple to use and rapidly comes up with the deals -some of which are surprising. For instance i discovered by insuring three of my bikes separately with different companies I could save over £200 on a single company multi bike policy -seems counter intuitive and slightly bonkers -but true. I'd certainly start here before accepting any automatic renewal deals -particularly from bikesure.”

“As a basic comparison tool quite good but every time a policy is selected not all the selected criteria are correct and when these are corrected the price significantly changes”

“Not wanting to automatically renew with my current insurer, despite them having served me well for a few years, I decided to use the MCN site. Very glad that I did as for the same cover I managed to save around £50. My old insurer was unable to match or come anywhere close, so one happy customer. Not too shabby for a few minutes work on the keyboard!”

“Worked well thanks, just shows that the biggest names aren't always the best. Seems one of the biggest players ( with a girls name) wanted me to make a major contribution to their annual advertising budget. Had to politely decline.”

“It's a great service which allows me to find the cheapest quickest...then normally go for someone a little higher. The less you pay, believe me, the worse the service if you actually have to claim. Possible months of waiting, no replacement transport, poor communications and so on.”
