“When my insurance was due on my Honda 600cc Silverwing, I thought it would be an automatic renewal through Bennet's where it had been for the previous two years. They wrote to me to tell me that they couldn't renew it's as they couldn't get a quote because my Honda is fitted with ABS braking (yes ABS braking). I phoned them up and queried that and told them that surely it was safer with ABS braking but they stuck with their original message re ABS. It was only when I phoned them up to cancel the insurance with them that they had a change of mind and said that they would find a Broker who allowed ABS braking on a Honda Silverwing. I told them that it was too late as I had now insured m scooter elsewhere”

“I'm starting to think that the insurance quotes that your given isn't the quote that you are originally given when using MCN. The problem being once you accept the link and answer the questions and make payment. It say the payment could not be transferred, all reasonable enough you think. Then the insurance number comes up for you to call. When you do the insurance quote is not as cheap as originally planned and quoted for. In my case 220 pounds more expensive. Leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth and suspected rip off.”
