“The search was easy to use and effective but since the required policy was to insure multiple bikes, the options quickly whittled down to just one insurer. Despite this, the premium was still competitive. There was a minor glitch when a further request for evidence of license, no claims, bike mileages and security devices was received after all these had been scanned and sent to the insurer. A prompt apology and conclusion to the administration followed - which was satisfactory.”

“I have used a few comparison sites and, invariably, when you come to purchase your cheap insurance quote there's 'this to add and that to add!!' Not in this case - spoke to the company who clarified the details, gave me 'options' to add to the cover requested, but didn't push when I politely declined. Paid exactly the premium quoted for the cover I required. All done electronically and efficiently - definitely recommend doing your price comparison for your bike insurance with MCN, the companies they bring through, 'do what they say on the tin' - well they certainly did in my case. Happy biking!!!”
