“The process of getting the quotes was very easy. It basically gave a list brokers & the price they were asking for the cover I had said I wanted. I contacted the one with the cheapest quote, & was expecting lots of add ons / changes & an attemp to have me spend more. It never happend, I've been Very happy with Hastings Direct & MCN.”

“after entering my details and finding a few possible brokers that fitted my requirements, i was called twice (late morning) after explaining that i was in work and asked for a callback 1 -2 hours later which i was advised would be no problem, no contact back for days, then called again, again late morning, to which i asked for a call back an hour later due to being in work. no callback received at all. was lt down as was looking to give further information to try and get a better fitting insurance. wasnt happy, not sure if i will use again for my renewal”
