“Ordered my mazuma pack and unfortunately the 1st one didn’t arrive, I sent an email and they recent another pack and it arrived a few days later, Was kept up to date with every step got an email about it arriving, it being checked and the payment! Plus side too was that money was in less then 2 hours after the email came!”

“Normally very very quick in the process and I can understand if there are problems due to COVID, but they should post on their homepage that there will be a delay. I paid £7.65 recorded next day post before 1pm they got the phone at 8.38am but by close of play it was still showing phone not received.”

“Great service from start to finish. So so easy and extremely fast! The amount that was estimated for my old phone was paid into my account the same day they received it! Easy instructions and very patient staff (I had a million and one questions) yet every thing thoroughly and promptly. Should have sold my old phone to Mazuma long before now. Thank you for a pleasant and smooth transaction.”

“A very easy process. The website is helpful and didn’t struggle with knowing what to do. I sent mine on Friday and I received payment the following Monday. I did have to nag a little bit on the Monday, as it got to 4pm and hadn’t been paid (the received the mobile at 1045), but then was paid around 5pm, with the full amount that was promised on the website. I would use Mazuma again.”
