“After an excellent experience with Matthew James in Spain when our furniture was collected in very hot conditions, I truly didn't expect to receive the same experience in the UK as thought it was down to the personal efforts or Andy and his colleagues in Spain. On delivery the UK, the 3 guys who arrived down our small road in a big lorry were fabulous. They got on with the job and made every effort to place our things where we needed them, without a word of complaint. They carefully manouvered our furniture without a graze - which wasn't easy at times, and even worked around our dogs without a negative word. They made moving easy - and I don't think many people can say that! Huge thanks Matthew James on an excellent, professional and friendly service from country to country - door to door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and have done so already to several people. Oh and I forgot to mention, you were the most competitive price to boot!! Thank you so much.”

“The workforce were polite very efficient extremely helpful and made a difficult day go smoothly. “This is now the 3rd time we have used Matthew James. 2 Smaller moves across London and this time a full house move into storage. Staff in the office and with the van are friendly helpful and very professional. Plenty of advice on how to pack and excellent sturdy boxes to use.”

“From the first contact I had with this ompany through to them actually carry out the removal of our furniture I have found them to be very professional. The crew who moved us were very polite at all times and made sure all our furniture was treated with the upmost care and not one piece of furniture was damaged because of the care the crew had taken. As we as moving our furniture they continued through the move to ensure we were happy and items were put in the right place and I would not hesitate to recommend them.They were more expensive than the previous company we used, but the peace of mind knowing your furniture was being treated correctly was well worth the extra”

“I would recommend Matthew James Global Removals to anyone facing either a move abroad or in the UK. I quite simply could not have made the move without their extremely good service. The teams packing up over the two days prior to moving were friendly, efficient and unobtrusive and the actual packing was done to an extremely high standard. The furniture was delivered to south west Spain 8 days after my moving date, the company having taken into consideration my time restraints and ensured that it arrived in time. Once again, the team delivering the furniture were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and carefully, doing their best to place and stack furniture/boxes where requested and erecting furniture where necessary. They made sure everything was done to my expectations. Having done half of the unpacking to date, nothing has emerged broken! I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew James and use their services in the future. Anna Graham”

“Matthew James moved my parents from Camden Town to Orpington over 20 years ago and I cannot recommend them enough. The men were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they have used them again since. I have been recommending them to everyone for years and my friends have also said how brilliant they were. “Overall I was absolutely delighted with every aspect of the service. The team was punctual, careful and efficient. They went to great lengths to accommodate my foreign move, at very short notice and rather than being left stranded (as has happened with other companies), I was able to structure my logistics with complete accuracy. “We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all of the crew who worked on our job. Great care was taken with our belongings and our house during the removal. The crew started early and worked late with only short breaks for refreshment. The volume of our load turned out to be more than anticipated; this could have been a problem but an extra vehicle was quickly assigned so that the original schedule could still be met; this was important as we were moving to France and had a ferry to catch. We would not hesitate in using Mathew James again or in recommending them to friends and relatives.”

“We were very impressed with the whole process of moving our possessions abroad; it was much simpler and smoother than we imagined it would be. We had a pick-up from two locations and delivery to an address with access issues (although we didn't appreciate that until the actual day) but everything arrived in perfect condition exactly when it was supposed to. All the staff we have had dealings with have been professional, polite, friendly, helpful and efficient; Jason, in particular as the first one of the team we met in person gave us such a feeling of reassurance that we didn't worry at all about the move. Everybody arrived extremely punctually and had a wonderful 'can do' attitude which meant that even when difficulties presented themselves the guys just got on and sorted it out with no fuss. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Matthew James to anybody moving in Britain or abroad.”
