Hello, the order was placed on Sunday night and was dispatched on Monday morning. From the time you have written this review, you have only allowed 4 days for it to make it's way to Germany. You need to allow longer for international deliveries. Kind Regards, Masdings.com.

“Ordered a large in Lacoste top- delivery was fine took 2 days, however, top wasn't a large was a XL. Returned item and won't be ordering from here again. Wasted time!”

“Same old story. I ordered the last pair of diesel jeans size 36W 34L. Only problem is they are too long. If I return thy them I'll be £7.50, out of pocket. So in stuck”

“Bag arrived damaged now got to pay returned postage to send it back to get an exchange but it should of been checked in the first place before being sent since it wasn't a cheap handbag would expect for a £20 one but not £120”

Unfortunately, the item was not thoroughly checked by dispatch due to it being in it's original cellophane wrapper sent to us from the brand. We trust that the bags are not marked in any way when being sent directly from the brand, however we will take your feedback on board and ensure every item is taken from it's original packaging and checked. We offer the Collect Plus service for a free return, however as a printer is needed for the outer label, we will refund your return postage cost back to you when the item has been received.

“I was very excited ordering my new Hunter wellies, they took three days to arrive, they are the worst pair of boots I've purchased! Look like manufacturers rejects with hand prints all over the boots, the box was all ripped... Poor show!”

We are very sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations. This item was in our clearance range with 70% off and from a previous season, meaning the box had been stored for a long time in our stock room and had gotten damaged. “The fact that you pay delivery for the receipt of items, then have to be charged £4 to return the item is not very good customer service, for this reason I will not shop here again”

Thank you for your comments. We do offer free returns for orders over £150.00 and we also offer free delivery on all orders over £90.00 and full priced items.

“Before you proceed to checkout, make sure you've read the fine print on your voucher if your using one. I was shopping for a deal, didn't read the small print and found right at the end that the voucher for signing up can't be used against brands?! Lesson learnt, won't be shopping again. If I had more time before Christmas I would have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Service was standard, arrived when expected / typical emails confirming shipment status - you'd expect that though surely?”

“Far from impressed, having searched for and ordered what I believed was a Paul Smith shirt, as that was what I'd put in the search engine, on arrival it wasn't a Paul Smith shirt. I wanted to exchange it for the brand that I'd been asked to get, but the company wouldn't without charging £4, having been told it was an intelligent search engine. Not impressed at all and I won't be using this company again nor recommending it.”

“Bought a pair of socks and was informed they're out of stock and told that no money had been taken out of my account. Next day, checked my online bank statement and they did take the money. Emailed them about it but got no replies. Thankfully, the socks weren't expensive, but had I bought something more pricey I wouldn't have lost more money. I'd say, stay away from this home run business - Mr Masdings, and his sons!”
