The item i bought had deodorant stains on the armpit of the top not nice at all i wud have returned it but for such a cheap top it hardly seemed worth it

Received the boots one foot size seven the other foot eight it’s cost me 6.50 to return the size eight still waiting for the size 7 to arrive

The Ted baker dress is beautiful but feel the packaging was very flimsy. The dress arrived very creased. Do not think it looks like a dress that's original price was over £100

Masdings doesn't ship to South Africa anymore due to parcels been lost along the way or radar at the South African post office and what is charged for shipping to South Africa is what most online shops in U.K charge for express delivery through a courier which minimizes the parcels been lost or stollen in their way to the designated country which in my case is South Africa,in the future I would to see them shipping to South Africa and using a courier instead of the post office

Sent wrong item (short sleeve instead of long sleeve) however these things happen._ Prompt refund (including postage to send) however still left out out of pocket as return costs not reimbursed. Disappointing.

Ordered some size 9 shoes. Turned up, one size 8 and one size 9 ! Also showed signs of previously been worn (soles were dirty and no tags attached). Only good thing was the refund process was quick and easy!

I can only leave this review at the moment as I haven't received my item yet and the tracking number doesn't work. I'm hoping my item will get to me soon :-(

Ordered 17.5" collar Boss shirt and paid for it only to be told later that it wasn't in stock and that my money would be refunded but I would have to wait 2 - 5 days for it to clear ! Not great.

Bad day at black rock you advertised my size after I ordered you said out of stock offered me a large size unfortunately I couldnt put a stone on in 2days Why on earth would I accept a size larger than I actually am unless I'm working in a circus is. Coco the clown

The product was great & as expected - the delivery and service received from your chosen shipping company was absolutely disgusting. I paid extra for the Next Working Day delivery to be told by DPD that they were 'too busy' to deliver on that day. I was then told the package had 'two address labels on it'. I was then told 'they used a taxi driver who didn't know to take it to the shop' when in actual fact the parcel was still in the warehouse as someone I know works there and had seen it. I think received shocking customer service on the phone & was actually sworn to by their representative. They are giving your company a bad reputation as I have seen in other reviews unfortunately, after I had ordered through yourselves.

ordered 2 items 1 item wa fine, third was damaged and stitching uneven sent item back but still to hear back from you (sent back Sunday - today Wednesday, appreciate only a few days but still frustrating) update - received a reply from you but the email address of the sender was a 'no reply' address so was unable to provide a reply back to you.....helpful......

Hello, I have checked your order and it appears you have only purchased 2 items from us. We have not yet received anything back from the order so could it be that you have returned an item from another company? If you have a tracking number, please track this to see where your parcel is.
