“Difficult to rate this as so far little sign of the seeds germinating, having sown them end of March over bare ground amongst newly sown woodland daffodils and bluebells, that did flower well.”

“Sadly I changed the date for delivery as I was going to be the day it was designated to arrive and it was delivered and left in the hot sun in the porch and of course the plants were very scared and dry when I found them. It was a real shame as I’d given lots of warning about when I would be available . I’ve repotted them and they seem to have started to show signs of recovery .”

“I ordered a mixture of wild narcissus and crocus bulbs in the green (1000 of each!). They arrived quickly and well-packed in good condition. The way they had been packed made them easier to plant, as all the bulbs were inserted the same way round, in a neat row with the bulbs at the bottom of the bags and green tails to the top - which was helpful. They all seemed to be in good condition, with varying sized bulbs (roughly 1.5cm diameter +/- .5cm). After a marathon planting session, I got them all planted over the May bank holiday weekend. I guess the proof will be in the pudding next spring, to see how many have 'taken' - I have not planted bulbs in the green before, and would usually plant in September; so, fingers crossed! I should really re-visit this next year with photos..”

“Such a great company with whom to do business: straightforward ordering from a clear listing of products which gives guidance on the best seeds for you situation. Swift delivery with valuable sowing instructions (not your fault, but I had to buy my seeds again after a cheeky flock of starlings descended on my newly sown meadow before I'd finished tamping down the seeds!). I'm really looking forward to seeing the meadow in bloom.”

“Well this company definitely goes above and beyond. I had a previous problem with meadow grass, not necessarily from Meadowmania and the help and advice they gave was brilliant. “Well done, Meadowmania! Your choice of plants - describing suitable areas for planting - is excellent. My plants (including plug plants of yellow rattle) arrived as promised, healthy, beautifully and sustainably packaged - and fully labelled. I planted them straight away, following your enclosed directions and all seem to have taken. I am excited to see what happens next. It's an area about 4 metres by 2 metres but every little helps, eh?”

“I was so impressed by the plants received and service from Meadowmania. I had to go away unexpectedly and so needed to delay my plug delivery a little and the team were very accommodating of this. It was super easy to call up, speak to a lovely (non-robot!) real person on the phone and re-book delivery. I would highly recommend!”
