“I bought 100g basic meadow mix for the bottom of my garden which was bare at the time. The wet early summer really helped the seeds to flourish and it has been a fantastic display. Just bought more seeds as gift. Spreading the joy!”

“Excellent service, quick delivery. I planted meadow seeds for clay soil having removed turf and most of the topsoil. This left a thin tilth with heavy clay beneath. For almost two weeks after sowing the seed it rained heavily virtually every day. Bearing in mind I had stripped the topsoil, drainage was poor and the seed bed was very wet with pooled water in places . I felt how the early settlers of the American west must have felt facing such conditions - destined for a sad, failed crop. Now though, both grasses and wild flowers are germinating and starting to grow. It’s too early to know how patchy this growth will be, but I think that the fact that anything at all is growing is testament to the great quality of the seed provided. If this meadow does not flourish in spring I will not hesitate to buy this seed again and retry. Recommended.”
