“I got an e mail on the 19th January with these numbers Your Shipment #100069612 Order #100066367 ...but nothing came”

The order was posted by 1st class post the day after receipt. Sadly it seems it is lost in the post. Once we were made aware there was a problem we resent it again and this time it was delivered next day. If for some reason your order does not arrive, if you contact us direct we will look to resolve it for you.

“I’ve had seeds and plug plants from MeadowMania and both have been excellent. The wildflower plants in the garden grown from seeds last year are looking strong and I can’t wait until they start flowering.”

“I’ve bought loads of wildflower plugs and seeds from the Meadowmania folk over the last few years, as I’ve slowly began re-wilding bits of my garden; the latest being an area around a new wildlife pond. Everything has always arrived promptly and in good condition and most importantly the Meadowmania folk are always happy to answer questions before you purchase to ensure you’re buying appropriate plants, and after, to ensure you give them the best start. Highly recommended”

Plants can sometimes struggle when in the post. Generally plugs will recover once planted out. But if you have any concerns, if you contact us direct we will look to resolve the matter.

As with all our seed orders it was sent by 1st class post and was dispatched one working day after receipt of order. Sadly, Royal Mail are having more than usual problems with mail due to Covid at present. If your order does not arrive contact us direct and we will look to resolve it.

“I've purchase a few times from Meadow Mania and always been very pleased with the results. One year I put my entire veg garden over to native annuals and the effect was amazing. I'm inteding to do a slightly smaller garden this year!”
