“Positive the plants and seeds are first class but alas our order was shipped on a Thursday and by Monday we were still waiting for delivery. 5 days in a stuffy courier van or depot is never going to be ideal for delicate young plug plants. Disappointed but received refund without question.”

For larger orders of plug plants we use DHL the carrier. They order was dispatched on Thursday and should have arrived on the Friday. The customer was concerned as to the condition of the plants if they took delivery on the Monday. We offered to replace them, but they asked to cancel the order and be refunded which we have done. Plug plants will survive several days safely in their box. But if you are concerned about the condition of any of our products when they arrive, please contact us and we will look to resolve it.

“The annual wildflower mix arrived very quickly and as advertised. They were sewn onto a deeply scarified grassy area, which then had pollinator plant plugs scatter around. These "annual" seeds are complimenting a perennial wildflower mix spread over the same area. I'm excited to see their progress.”

“Great variety of seeds! We purchased a meadow mix last summer which grew quickly with lovely, healthy plants. Have now recently repurchased more for this summer. The mix was exactly as described and was delivered quickly. Highly recommended!”

“I had a special request, as I wanted to give out packets of wildflower seeds to mourners at a funeral so that they could plant them in memory of the deceased. Meadow mania were extremely helpful, and the seed packets arrived as stated in good time for the event. Thank you!”

“On receipt of Bluebells in the green, ready to plant, I was concerned as the “buds” appeared white An email to the company resulted in a prompt response explaining how this initial colour is usual and all now planted…& they have turned blue! Excellent service and looking forward to my sea of blue next Spring! Thank you”
