“I was going to repeat my purchase of two 800g bags of grass seed for shady locations. Things have changed so I went for the 2kg bag. which was cheaper than two 800g bags. It came very quickly by Royal Mail. I haven't prepared my seed bed yet.”

“After sowing yellow rattle seeds last year and again this winter I followed up with a ‘belt and braces’ approach by planting 25 plug plants last weekend. Thanks to a decent overnight rainfall I made an inspection of my perennial wildflower patch this afternoon. I am delighted to report on about four good patches of single seedlings hidden amongst my short grass and also that the plug plants are now looking spritely and strong ! I began by sowing half the pack of seeds in early December and followed this with the second half just before we were forecast to get a frost during February. This has been a success I think. I always read through all the information sent which is clear and very informative. The information does not let you think the task is easy but it encourages you to have a go anyway ! Thank you, Jane x”

“The plugs of yellow rattle which I ordered several weeks ago arrived in early April, as promised. They arrived in good condition and in appropriate, eco-friendly packing. I was sent e mail notification of when the delivery would be made, and it was received at the stated time. The ordering and payment procedure was easy and straightforward. Helpful instructions were enclosed for planting out the plug plants and the plants now seem to be well established in my would be meadow.”
