We posted the order on the 24/07 and we can only assume that it is lost in the post. We have contacted the customer apologized and we are resending it again today using DPD the carrier so it can be tracked

“Am planning a micro meadow for next year and was unsure how to go about it. I therefore emailed Meadow Mania with plot size, soil type etc for advice and got a helpful reply! I ordered accordingly and received the seeds very promptly and am now looking forward to giving it a go! Hopefully the results will match the service so far!”

“Ordered Yellow Rattle seed on 12/7/19,received E-Mail on the 18/7/19 saying seeds not harvested yet.Still waiting on delivery of seeds.Want to order various other wildflower seeds but waiting to see if Rattle arrives first.Hope for some info soon.”

We have been waiting for this years harvest seed to be available. We have kept customers updated but it has taken longer than expected to arrive. We will have some in stock from next week onwards and we have updated the customer.

“I am turning 2 1/2 of my lawns to meadow and am terrified it will not work. Still, nothing ventured, nothing gained and I really want to do my bit for the insects. Gone are the days you would go for a drive in the car and the window screen would be plastered in dead insects. Got to redress the balance. Very helpful chap and the seed arrived real quick. Still too early to sow it and I have to get the lawns prepared to take it. Would recommend.”

“Previous review written before contacting MeadowMania, and extra grumpy thanks to the hot weather and being prompted (via a link from a no-reply mail address) to review something that hadn't arrived. Once I found the sales e-mail address and explained that the seeds hadn't turned up the response was exemplary. I was shown the Royal Mail tracking information that claimed to have delivered the seeds to my correct address, despite my having been at home that day and not having any deliveries. No clue where the original shipment actually went, but MeadowMania very generously sent out a second shipment which arrived the very next day. So I'm very happy with the service, and ashamed of myself for being so irascible and trigger happy with that initial review. Still waiting for the seeds to arrive. Had an e-mail 22/7 saying the shipment was on the way and could be tracked via a weblink. The weblink went to a page telling me I must first create an account with MeadowMania. After I created the account there was no record of my order.”

We created some technical problems for this customer. We have apologised to them.Whilst the first order was sent straight away it seem to be lost in the post. We are sending a replacement.
