“I had only a glimpse of one Poppy out of 150 (plugs). Cost was over £300. After notifying Meadowmania I was offered and sent a packet of seeds (value around £8) as 'compensation'. It was a fairly dry Summer but the irony was that all around my location there were fields of Poppies. Meadowmania have actively sought my opinion on this purchase - therefore I have given it”

“Very happy with the service provided. Plants took a little longer to arrive than expected )but that is nature) and helpfully delayed delivery by a week to fit around holidays. Well packaged and delivered quickly once despatched. Happy customer.”

“I ordered seeds, plugs and bulbs on behalf of a community group for which I am treasurer. Everything arrived well packed and as described on the website. We have just started a wildflower bed and planted our purchases last week. These were delivered within the time slot stated. We are now eagerly awaiting spring.”

“This email from you asks about feedback on service and I may not have had a chance to plant it yet. Well I bought and you delivered a hori hori knife which I do not intend to plant! The knife is a good quality tool and I have used it in anger, it works well for me in certain applications. Service is good but automation of the service feedback process can lead to strange content, like “you may not have had time to plant it yet”. Great product, thank you.”

“This was the first time I have made a purchase from Meadowmania. I found the site very easy to use. My order was processed and confirmed quickly and efficiently. I will deffinitely use meadowmania again and will recommend them to friends. I found the complimentary booklet very informative thank you. We are a group of three retired ladies trying to create a wildflower area on Sunny Slopes, Heysham since September 2021. This a large area of banking that has been left uncared for since around 1985. We rely on donations from local residents and visitors and purchase plug plants when we can. The Meadow Cranesbill plants we ordered arrived and we look forward to see them flowering next summer. Thank you.”

“I recieved some bulbs. They were delivered into my parcel box. I opened them as soon as I got home from vacation. They were all soft and mouldy. It looks like the parcel got wet. No refund offered,”
