“Bit confused as to what happened. In December Planted 100 bulbs each of snowdrop, snakes head and crocus and overlayed with 12m2 of new turfs of meadow flower. Have seen 1 snakes head, about 6 crocus and no snow drops push up through the turfs. Supplier of turf said would be fine but not so, very disappointing.”

“Ordered end of March and courier said they had the seeds on 30th - but since then nothing. No seeds, and no reply to my email asking where they are. Good website, rubbish customer service.”

“I ordered 2000 woodland bulbs from Meadomania for a community planting event. The winter aconites and snowdrops were in excellent condition, but the bluebells were a bit mouldy and some soft (but probably OK). The anemone tubers had lots of fungus on them and this was disappointing. There was a postal strike around this time and perhaps this was the cause? I have had problems with bulb viability in the past from a different supplier and had hoped Meadowmania would be better.”

“Plants arrived late and after I enquired after a fortnight . They then were left unannounced on my patio steps which I didn’t notice until at least the next day. Unfortunately the parcel was soaking wet due to rain but inside was all cosy and ok. The instruction for the wild flower plug plants were easy to follow and I duly planted them out. I have read the advice about making sure they are watered to stop loss. Have you advice on how to stop the local foxes digging them up? (Only joking)”

This year we saw a large peak of orders all appear in April and this resulted in a much longer delay in dispatch of plugs than we expected. We tried to keep all customers updated as the season went along. If any part of your order is missing on receipt please let us know and we will look to replace it.

Sometimes the size of the plugs you receive can vary in size. But we expect all to be viable when planted out and looked after. If you do have concerns on receipt of your product then contact us direct and we will look to try and resolve any issue.

We saw a large peak of orders in April which resulted in despatching plugs being much later than we originally advertised. We tried to keep customers updated through this process and have apologised to them for the delay. This order was placed on the 17th of April and dispatched on 20/05.

“surprised at how small the plugs are ... will be very surprised if any actually flower this year .. and please make sure delivery reads the Address correctly, the package was delivered to a house a block away .. they were kind enough to deliver them to me: they could easily have just thrown them away ..that said, thank you for the Packet of Seeds!”

The order was placed on the 4th of September, and we posted it on the 7th by first class post. Frustratingly we are finding that Royal Mail deliveries are very inconsistent at present. We have apologised to the customer about the late delivery. If your order does not turn up soon after dispatch, please let us know and we will try and resolve it.
