“was a delay of 4-5 weeks but the current climate this was expected, Marshalls delivered direct, communication day before and on the day was excellent, email to confirm and then call from driver with an hour delivery slot, Driver was very helpful, overall happy”

“I bought on line, the website is good if a little confusing moving through the various product lines, you have to persist to work through the options and get to what you might want. Online purchase is a doddle particularly with the PayPal option. Delivery came as promise but I could have done with a updated ETA. I phoned through a couple of times and although the right telephone number eluded me at first every one I spoke to was positive and helpful, such a change from some on line service. All good.”

“Straight forward, though I couldn’t get the track delivery link to work so had to phone for delivery information. Customer care was very efficient, helpful and friendly. I got a call from the delivery driver about 45 mins before he was due to arrive and he did arrive when he said. He too, was v efficient and friendly. He put the slabs exactly where I wanted them. The slabs look fine, though I noticed a corner of 1 out of 120 looked a bit crumbly. That shouldn’t matter. It will be put aside to be cut to size. I am satisfied with both service and product.”

“The ordering and delivery were very good and the staff were very helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is that for your block paving you included a picture of a single block so I could tell it was the same shape and had the ridges on it.”
