The quality of their design, product and customer service is fantastic and even though it’s not my first purchase they still surprise me, such as setting the date to the match the serial number! All of their watches are backed up by an amazing story of inspiration, which I think sets them apart. I’m looking forward to my next watch from Marloe, but hard to decide which one! Within a few days it became apparent that it wasn't keeping as good time as it should so I contact customer service who enabled a return of the item, they then diagnosed the mechanism had become magnetised. A replacement was sent promptly and has worked perfectly ever since.”
