“I dropped my C68 Gravel off for a BB Shell carbon repair. Mapdec turned it round within a week, including the full strip and rebuild. Loads of contact and update during the process, including photos. Very friendly and helpful staff too! I travelled over from Selby to use Mapdec, and I’d happily use them again.”

“Great bunch at mapdec. We had 4 bikes in for a sorting out session. Clear online system giving you transparent instructions on what your bike needs or what you may not want doing. This avoids you getting there and receiving an unexpected large invoice. Relaxed, professional atnosphere. Highly reccommend.”

“Great lanequest event at Mapdec last week. The team were super friendly to me and my children, they help sort a mechanical on my bike in minutes (they are really well kitted out in there) and the food looked great. A note to the course setters: a couple more close checkpoints makes it more enjoyable to people who aren't competing to win the league.”

“Many thanks to Tom and the rest of the tea at Mapdec who worked on my Whyte E160 E Bike. I took a chance and brought the bike up from my home in Wigan for the full bounce rebuild. Since picking the bike up I have had two rides on it and I can honestly say it is running better than when new, in particular the suspension which feels so much plusher and responsive. When I picked the bike up, Tom went out of his way to explain exactly what had been done during the service,and answered all of my questions. Mapdec provide a world class service with excellent communications as well as top class cycle mechanics who without doubt take a pride in their skills and the application of said skills. “I brought my bike in on Wednesday afternoon to have new suspension bearings fitted, they said they would have it ready in a week, or maybe longer as they were busy, so I was delighted to get an email yesterday to say that it would be ready for collection today. First class service, thank you!”
