“Martin Donaldson was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process and answered my many questions timorously and accurately. If he was unavailable he ensured that another member of staff would keep the enquiry going on my behalf. In fact i may even order a second fire based on this experience. 5* + Iain”

“We needed a new gas fire. Manor House were highly professional throughout, especially in terms of relating their responses, advice and scheduling of activities to our specific needs - which developed progressively as the situation with our existing arrangements became clear.”

“This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Very friendly staff and they go out of their way to be helpful. I was not present at the fitting of my fireplace and fire but have now seen it in my new apartment and am more than pleased. Would highly recommend.”

“Found the service in the shop very good gave lots of advice, very knowledgeable on all the different types of log burners and dual burners, and what would be best me. And recommended a installer who did a very good job and again gave very advice on how to use log burner”

“The service from Manor House Fireplaces was without fault and I would certainly use them again. Unfortunately, the item purchased - an ashcan vacuum - blew out all the ash immediately it had sucked it up and therefore had to be returned.”

“We were searching for a electric fire found Manor House on line which was the best price.visited the shop to order the fire found the staff very helpful especially Martin.Customer after sales was very good had a problem registering the fire for a two warranty Martin sorted this for us.Highly recommended.”

“I highly recommend Manor House Fireplaces . You are given plenty of notice when you first confirm and pay deposit of the dates when the work will be carried out and completed . Excellent and reliable team who carried out all the work . I was more than happy to leave them to it ( with plenty of tea and cake !) while I went out . Thank you !”

“Manor House were outstanding in every respect. They have a huge range of products to actually see which is a bonus in itself compared to the other outlets we visited (no, I don't need yet another glossy brochure thanks!) The help and advice was spot on and the service after I ordered was above and beyond. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”
